Karate Classes for Beginners
Halifax Sports Karate welcomes all new members and especially those new to karate. We serve the Sowerby Bridge and Halifax areas.
Our current members range from age 3 to over 70 years old, and we will have a class that’s going to be right for you.
We even run a family class where parents/guardians can train alongside their children or grandchildren.
Karate teaches many life skills and its benefits go well beyond the classes that you attend, and include the following:
-
Improves general coordination and balance
-
Improves strength and fitness
-
The katas that we learn help to enhance cognitive and memory skills
-
Respect and discipline
-
Improve social skills, confidence and team-building
Don’t hesitate to call us and discuss your requirements. We are more than happy to explain which class will be best for you.
