Covid 19 sucure Karate Club in Halifax

Due to the current situation we need to ensure everyone who comes to the club has pre-booked onto a session and has completed the Covid-19 Health Declaration, this needs to be done before booking each session.

This will help us make sure we don't have too many people turning up for one session - we have limited the number to enable us to maintain social distancing.
